Marilyn Santiago

Chairperson & Senior Human Resources Team Leader

Marilyn Santiago grew up in Western New York and lived in Boston, Massachusetts before coming to Atlanta. She has been in the relationship building business since she can remember. Her motto in life is twofold…. “Make a Difference in Someone’s Life Every Day” and “Be Great to Yourself”…and without a doubt, she lives by these words!

Marilyn is an inclusive and action oriented human resource professional with an in-depth knowledge of all HR functional areas. Her background includes 15+ years of in-depth human resources experience in multiple divisions and multiple sites for fortune 500 companies like GE, Honeywell, ADP and G.H. Bass. Marilyn is also Six Sigma Greenbelt certified and has LEAN manufacturing experience.

Marilyn is currently a Graduate Career Coach for the J. Mack Robinson College of Business for the Graduate Premium MBA programs. Marilyn has been assisting job seekers, as a Job Seeker Resource Coach, since 1992.  She is the Chairperson for Those In Between Jobs (TIBS) which is one of the longest standing Job seeker groups in Metro-Atlanta. Also, she has been the Society of Human Resource Management – Atlanta Co-Chairperson of Career Connections for the past 3 years.  .

Monica Scott

Monica Scott, graduate of The University of South Carolina, has devoted her knowledge and experience to help others reach their full potential. The desire to lead individuals toward their goals has placed her in Director positions at the City University of New York where she served for 12 years as the Director of Career Counseling and Recruiting at Medgar Evers College and the Associate Director of Career Development and Alumni Career Development at The City College of New York.

Monica is certified in Myers Briggs Type Indicator and various assessment instruments for career development, leadership development, as well as recruiting needs. Monica studied Myers Briggs Type Indicator at the New School for Social Research, Graduate School where she focused on career development.

Shana Goodson, M.Div.

HR Career Transition & Leadership Consulting Coach    

Shana Goodson is a multi-talented leader with several years of Practical Ministry experience; specifically in the areas of Intercessory Prayer, Christian Education, Outreach and Prison Ministry. She is a well-rounded Biblical Scholar, Spiritual Advisor and Professional Consultant whose primary focus is the movement of the Holy Spirit.

Shana is a native of Rochester New York. She relocated to Atlanta to expand her horizons. Her educational background entails business and theology. Shana has earned an Associate Degree in Business Administration at SUNY Canton, a Bachelor’s in Business Management from SUNY Brockport, and a Master’s in Divinity from Northeastern Seminary.

Evangelist Goodson is a faithful member of Ben Hill United Methodist Church, where she serves as the Vision Area Chair of Prayer Ministry. She is a person of mature and deep Christian faith that is devoted to fulfill God’s call. Her Daily Bread is: Romans 1:11 “For I long to see you, that I may impart to you some spiritual gift, so that you may be complete.”Shana dutifully served as a Career Facilitator for the Clayton County Transitional Center and a Prayer Partner for Atlanta TV Channel 57.

Currently, Evangelist Goodson is the Founder and Executive Director of On Time Breakthrough Ministries, Inc., a faith-based establishment that teaches life skills, spiritual and professional development. Also, she is a Faculty member and Enrollment Advisor for the University of Phoenix Atlanta Campus. Her Motto: “Learn Today; Apply Tomorrow”!

Lance Willis

HR Career Transition & Leadership Consulting Coach

Lance Willis is a native New Yorker and is in his second relocation to Atlanta, Georgia.  He graduated from Georgia State University with a degree in Human Resources Management.  Lance’s career focus thus far has been aimed at employee relations, individual &  team development, and talent management.  He has demonstrated a gracious passion in contributing to the success of his peers, team members, and associates while serving in various management capacities.

Recently, Lance has joined Delta Air Lines, Inc. in the Sales and Service division while also offering his time as an active member with the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM) Atlanta chapter, in addition to volunteering on the human resources leadership team with TIBS.

Eden Mabry

HR Career Transition Team – Inspirational Facilitator

Eden is a graduate of Clark Atlanta University (Clark College) with a degree in Broadcast Management and minor in Marketing.  Eden has over 20 years of experience in the Banking industry and customer service.  She is very customer focused driven and strives to exceed client expectations.  She enjoys talking with customers and resolving issues that most managers shy away from.  Eden has experienced the job seeker role, being part of three lay offs during her career. She understands the importance of Change Management and coping with change. She offers support for the job seeker which she demonstrates through encouragement and prayer.
